Stayable offers clean, furnished apartment style suites across Florida for short and long stays, with practical amenities that support everyday life such as Wi Fi, laundry, pools, and optional housekeeping.

Stayable partnered with our team to redesign and refresh the homepage into a more professional, modern experience that feels custom to their category and customer. The work focused on design and UX, with Stayable supplying the copy. The outcome is a clearer entry point that supports both fast booking and confident exploration across Florida locations.

The Challenge

Build trust while keeping it simple

Extended stay shoppers make decisions differently than hotel guests. They scan for stability, rules, and real life amenities, then they compare locations fast. The redesign had to reduce uncertainty without turning the page into a wall of claims.

Guests could not quickly confirm the basics that matter most for day to day living such as Wi Fi, laundry, and housekeeping options.

Clarity first, then confidence

We treated the homepage as a decision funnel. Establish the promise, show proof, then offer clear next steps for booking and exploring locations. Copy stayed client owned, so our leverage came from hierarchy, layout, interaction cues, and a visual system that feels uniquely Stayable.

A compact section that confirms the comforts of home such as Wi Fi, pools, laundry, and housekeeping so guests can validate fit fast.

Eligibility and affordability assurance band

A reassurance panel that addresses common blockers for this audience, including no credit check and the realities of finding a clean place on short notice.

Flexible options cards

A triad of cards that translate Stayable into clear paths, book a stay, move in quickly, continue living, improving scannability and reducing choice paralysis.

FAQ as conversion support

An accordion that answers high friction questions near the bottom of the page, helping guests self serve before they abandon to call or leave.

The Outcome

A clearer path to staying awhile

The refreshed homepage better matches Stayable’s positioning as an affordable, flexible living option across Florida. It reduces cognitive load by sequencing information in the same order guests decide, promise, proof, options, reassurance. The result is a site that feels more credible, more custom, and easier to act on from the first screen. The structure supports both quick bookings and deeper consideration without forcing guests into a single path.
