Bespire specializes in creative and strategic design services, including but not limited to branding, UI/UX design, social media content creation, presentation design, illustration services, and more. Our services are tailored to businesses and individuals seeking professional, high-quality design solutions. The specific details, deliverables, and scope of each service will be outlined in separate project agreements or proposals provided to clients upon engagement. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results, as branding and design effectiveness depend on market trends, business strategies, and external factors beyond our control.

All original content, designs, strategies, and creative materials produced by Bespire remain the intellectual property of Bespire unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use Bespire’s designs as specified in their project agreements. However, this does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, or modify our work for unintended purposes. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including copying or imitating our designs, methodologies, or branding, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our clients to do the same.

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements or invoices provided to clients. Bespire typically requires an upfront deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Late payments may lead to project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments to maintain smooth project execution.
Bespire does not offer refunds for completed services. Due to the nature of custom design work, all payments made are final. However, if a project is terminated before completion, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance. Failure to raise concerns within this period will be considered acceptance of the invoice.

Both Bespire and our clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared during project collaborations. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, design concepts, and unpublished brand materials. We will not disclose, sell, or distribute confidential information to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law. Clients are also expected to respect Bespire’s proprietary processes, methodologies, and internal strategies. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal consequences.

Bespire strives to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or business success resulting from our designs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data breaches, or reputational harm, resulting from the use of our services. Clients acknowledge that design is a subjective field, and while we make every effort to meet expectations, final acceptance and application of our work remain the client’s responsibility.

Bespire’s website or services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources for informational purposes. These third-party platforms operate independently, and we do not control or endorse their content, security, or business practices. Your use of such external links is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their respective terms and privacy policies before engaging with them. Bespire is not responsible for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from third-party interactions.

Bespire reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if a user violates these Terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make timely payments. Clients may also terminate services based on the terms specified in their project agreements. In case of early termination, clients are responsible for covering the cost of completed work up to the termination date. Any remaining balance must be settled before the project is officially closed.

Bespire may modify or update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or service offerings. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
